Fax Referral Form To Start Process

We conduct insurance prior-authorization and contact patients to schedule a one to three night home testing session based on insurance criteria. We provide a contextual overview to patients for their comfort.

We Ship Device Via 2-Day UPS

We ship the device with set-up and return instructions included to the patient home. We will instruct the patient how to perform the study. We provide customer service throughout the process.

Patient Performs At Home

We utilize a high integrity state-of-the-art device that is easy to use. We send instructions and an optional set-up video. We contact the patient again during the process and ensure there are no issues.

Data Reviewed by Specialist

The diagnostic data is reviewed by a credentialed sleep specialist. We fax the report with a diagnosis and recommendations back to the referring doctor. If requested we forward to DME or sleep specialist.
